Things to do in the Park

Planning your vacation or just needing a place to camp for the night? Here's a few ideas to help with your trip planning.

Visitors Center

​Get uptodate information on trails, winter road closures and current events & happenings. While you are there check out the gift shop and see the triceratops skull and other artifacts that have been discovered in the park.

Camp

​

There are several campgrounds throughout the park. The lower campground (Cains Campground) is perfect for RV camping and tent camping, while the upper campgrounds above the switchbacks are less accessible to RVs. The park now has a tepee that will be available for reservations. Please make reservations through www.stateparks.mt.gov or call 1-855-922-6768.
