Celebrating 36 years of Buzzard Day! Montana's toughest 10k, 5k Disc Golf and corn hole tournament, food vendors, along with a full fun packed day of family adventures. June 12th - 13th, 2026.

Projects

Projects the Friends of Makoshika has helped with in the park include improvements to the Paramount Trail, McDonough Pavilion, Purchased the Covered Wagon, Disc Golf Course, Switchbacks and Bluebird Houses. Shelving for the Paleo Lab. Paleo Intern Housing.

FOM Monthly Meetings

FOM members meet the third Monday of every month, 6:00 pm at Teal Dragonfly Creations back room unless otherwise arranged. Visitors welcome.

Membership Renewals

Yearly membership renewals are due in January. Yearly memberships are $10. Lifetime memberships $100.
