Celebrating 34 years of Buzzard Day! Montana's toughest Half Marathon, 10k, 5k and corn hole tournament, disc golf tournament, food vendors, along with a full fun packed day of family adventures. June 7th-8th, 2024.

Projects the Friends of Makoshika has helped with in the park include improvements to the Paramount Trail, McDonough Pavilion, Purchased the Covered Wagon, Disc Golf Course, Switchbacks and Bluebird Houses. Shelving for the Paleo Lab. Paleo Intern Housing.

FOM Monthly Meetings

FOM members meet the third Monday of every month, 6:00 pm at the visitors center unless otherwise arranged. Visitors welcome.

Membership Renewals

Yearly membership renewals are due in January. Yearly memberships are $20. Lifetime memberships $100.
